Ozone Gas Analyzer IKO-1

 

 

Purpose:
The Ozone Gas Analyzer IKO-1 is intended for measurement of ozone concentration in gas phase.Characterized by high work stability and great resource. The functional principle is based on photometric determination of ozone according to its own absorption band at 253,7 nm.

 

Main Technical Data:

1.1. The range of ozone concentrations to be measured is from 1 mg/L to 150 mg/L.

1.2. Relative error in measurement of ozone concentration within the analyzable range is not more than 10%.

1.3. The power is supplied from one-phase AC mains with frequency 50+1 Hz and voltage 220 +/-22 V. Power consumption does not exceed 10 W.

1.4. Dimensions, mm - 135 x 170 x 40.

1.5. Weight, kg - not more than 2,0.

 

Measurement of ozone concentration:
After switching the device on the indication "600" will light up on the display, each second this number will decrease by one unit i.e. the device is changing to the mode of warming-up and preparation for operation. After 10 min the display will indicate "0" - the device is ready for operation. For measurement of ozone concentration in gas phase remove zero of the device. For this purpose supply gas to be measured to the lines containing no ozone (the ozone generator is off) and for a short time press the button >0<. After removal of zero the device will automatically change to the mode of measurement indicating on the display the value of ozone concentration in gas phase in mg/L.

 

Ozone Gas Analyzer IKO-3

 

Purpose:
The Ozone Gas Analyzer IKO-3 is intended for measurement of concentration of dissolved ozone in optically transparent liquids including ozonated physiological saline solution. Characterized by high work stability and great resource. The functional principle is based on photometric determination of ozone according to its own absorption band at 253,7 nm.

 

Main Technical Data:

1.1. The range of concentrations of dissolved ozone to be measured is from 1 mg/L to 30 mg/L.

1.2. Relative error in measurement of ozone concentration within the analyzable range is not more than 10%.

1.3. The power is supplied from one-phase AC mains with frequency 50+1 Hz and voltage 220 +/-22 V. Power consumption does not exceed 10 W.

1.4. Dimensions, mm - 135 x 170 x 40.

1.5. Weight, kg - not more than 2.0.

 

Measurement of concentration of dissolved ozone:

For measurement of concentration of dissolved ozone proceed as follows:
4.1. Before first measurement of ozone concentration in liquid introduce into the memory of the device optical characteristics of this liquid before ozonization. For this purpose pour 2 ml of this liquid into the measuring cuvette, place the cuvette into the cuvette section of the device and press for a short time the button "Standard/ Yoaeii" accompanied by a sound signal. When the button "Standard/Yoaeii" is pressed again during the sound signal, it comes to removal of zero of the device.
4.2. Take the cuvette out of the device and pour out the liquid.
4.3. To perform actual measurement pour 2 ml of the liquid to be investigated into the measuring cuvette. Immediately place the cuvette into the cuvette section of the device and press for a short time the button "Measurement/Ecia.aiea" accompanied by a sound signal and the display will indicate the concentration of dissolved ozone in the liquid in mg/L.
4.4. Remove the cuvette from the device, pour out the liquid and wash with distilled water.

 

Note:
It is recommended to introduce a standard sample of liquid every time when the liquid is changed as well as every 1,5 hours. If these instructions are followed, accuracy in measurement will comply with the specification.If the button "Standard/Yoaeii" is pressed by mistake during the measurement, wait until the end of sound signal, it doesn't come to removal of zero of the device.
